Our services
The full range of EIDBI services, in one place.
AdilChild delivers every Minnesota EIDBI service in-house, from your child’s first evaluation through to ongoing therapy, caregiver coaching and care coordination. No hand-offs, no gaps, no starting over with a new provider.
CMDE
Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation, the starting point for every family.
Before any therapy begins, a qualified evaluator builds a full picture of your child: how they communicate, how they play and learn, what they find hard, and what they are already good at. The CMDE confirms eligibility for the EIDBI benefit and recommends the type and intensity of service that actually fits.
- Review of diagnosis, development and medical history
- Direct observation plus caregiver interview
- A written recommendation for service type and intensity
ITP development and progress monitoring
Turning the evaluation into a plan, then proving it works.
Your child’s Individual Treatment Plan translates the CMDE into specific, measurable goals. We write it with you, not at you: your family’s priorities shape what goes on the list. From there every session generates data, and that data is reviewed against the plan so nobody is guessing whether things are moving.
- Measurable goals across communication, social, daily living and self-regulation skills
- Regular progress reviews shared in plain language
- Goals retired, added or adjusted as your child grows
Care that stays joined up
Four services that keep your child’s plan consistent, supervised and shared with everyone who supports them.
Coordinated care conference
Most families juggle a school team, a paediatrician, a county case manager and other providers, each with their own goals. We bring them together with you so the supports around your child reinforce each other.
Intervention: group, individual and higher intensity
The day-to-day work. Communication, social understanding, daily living and self-regulation built through structured play and real routines, one to one, in small groups, or at higher intensity.
Observation and direction
A qualified supervising professional observes sessions directly and coaches the treatment team. It is the difference between a plan on paper and a plan actually delivered as written.
Family and caregiver training
Therapy hours matter, but the other hundred hours in a week matter more. We coach parents, siblings and caregivers in the same strategies the treatment team uses.
Telehealth
Keeping care going when meeting in person is not possible.
Minnesota winters, illness, a car that will not start, a parent working across town. Care should not stop for any of it. Eligible EIDBI services can be delivered by secure video, which works particularly well for caregiver training, care conferences and progress reviews.
- Secure, private video sessions
- Ideal for caregiver coaching and care conferences
- Continuity through weather, illness and travel
